  1. Hotel Booking

    If desired, the guest can book a hotel room by paying for it before check–in (guaranteed booking (clause 2.4.), or without payment (non-guaranteed booking - clause 2.1.).
    2.1. Non-guaranteed booking - hotel booking, in which the first payment is made by the guest upon arrival at the Hotel at the reception. Non-guaranteed booking occurs after the guest receives a booking confirmation from the Hotel or from online services on the terms of the absence of financial guarantees of the guest. The confirmation must specify the booking number, the terms and conditions of arrival, the calculation of the cost of the booked accommodation.
    2.2. Non-guaranteed booking is reserved for the client until 18:00 local time on the specified day of arrival. If you do not arrive before 18:00 local time, the reservation will be automatically canceled. The Hotel's obligations for accommodation are terminated, and accommodation is made subject to availability on a general basis.
    2.3. There are no financial obligations between the Hotel and the guest in case of non-guaranteed booking.
    2.4. Guaranteed booking - booking of a Hotel room, in which there are full legal obligations between the Hotel and the guest. Hotel reservations are guaranteed by prepayment of at least the first night of stay, or by providing credit card details to the Hotel and the guest's consent to debit funds from the account. Payment is made upon receipt of the booking confirmation by the Hotel.
    2.5. The guaranteed reservation is reserved for the guest during the first day of accommodation (until the check-out time (12-00) of the day following the day of arrival). In case of non-arrival or late (untimely) cancellation of the reservation, the Hotel returns the prepayment made to the guest minus the penalty (usually the cost of the first day of accommodation) and in accordance with the Hotel booking conditions.

2.6. Guaranteed booking of groups of more than 10 (ten people) regulated by the contract and provided with full prepayment per day in low season and at least a week in high season.  The hotel has the right to withhold the entire amount of payment for the entire period of stay and for all booked rooms in case of cancellation less than a day in low season and a week in high season
